The main goal for this recruitment season was to create a new brand design for Diversatech's upcoming recruitment season. With a focus on it's values of diversity, creativity, and community, the new campaign was oriented around travel and stepping into the tech space. The designs were modeled with the intention of conveying the message of "stepping into tech with Diversatech."
During my first drafts of our theme, I created various approaches from fun bold colors to a more darker serious tone. On our branding map, our initial key point was a mix between text-heavy, modern/professional, and slightly illustrative. However, towards the end of our ideation phase we moved away from this central idea and went more of a creative route towards a travel + color heavy design.
Social Media Posts
Following the recruitment post uploads, Diversatech's following grew more than 15% and hit over 1000 followers for the first time. More than 10.8k accounts were reached with a +675% viewership and +210% engagement count over the first month. Individually, each post was able to gain around 800-2k impressions.
